The $1 Federal Reserve Note has been the standard of American commerce for more than 40 years, and is one of the most easily recognizable piece of paper ever printed. As such, many collectors are intrigued by the possibility of complete sets by district, in the same way that a coin collector might be attracted to collecting Lincoln Cents. All but a few notes in this set are extremely common, although the sheer size of the set requires some patience if completion is a goal.
