No maximum values or minimum quantities apply.  All notes will be removed from their original holders.  No pre-grades or minimum grades are allowed.

All submissions must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2008.

Notes that qualify and are submitted under the special need to be placed on a separate submission form from all other submissions that do not qualify.
